transparent touch interface

oooh - a video at last!

Check out the (admittedly early stage) working prototype. It looks pretty clunky at the moment, but it opens a whole new field of interaction questions - how do you actually USE an interface with the same digits you're holding it with?



I can't wait for text entry not to be an issue, but until that's the case, there are going to be a lot of problems with a thing like this as an integrated device - just the learning curve involved in typing into it is a big barrier, and it's weighted towards touch typists (which I'm not).

Despite my badmouthing however, I'm really excited about this as there are enough brains ot there to make some great interfaces with this tech...
